Order By These Dates to Get Your Presents Before Christmas

It’s ok if online shopping or shopping in general isn’t your thing. Many people around the world loathe the holiday shopping process and getting their hands on the right gifts for an affordable price – and in a reasonable timeframe. It can be overwhelming and frustrating, even for the most savvy of shoppers.

If you’re staring down Christmas Day empty handed right now, you want to make sure to place your online shopping orders before it’s too late.

Here are some of the best places for the procrastinators:

1. Amazon:
If you have Amazon Prime, you can wait until December 23rd to make that order. Some items come with 1-day delivery, and others 2-day delivery. Either way, your items will get to you in time for the big day.

For non-Prime member, it’s recommended to order by Dec. 16 to factor in the 4-5-business day demand. You’ll get the items by Christmas Eve.

2. Walmart:
Walmart has it’s own Prime structure called Shipping Pass today. Like Prime, you get free, two-day shipping on their Pass items. By using Pass, you can order items and pick them up that day in store.

Without Pass, it’s recommended to place the order by December 13 so the Walmart 6-9 business day requirement gets you your presents by Christmas Eve.

3. Target:
Target is hungry for the online orders. Now through January 1, Target offers free standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) on all of their orders. So, you can wait until December 19 to then expect a delivery by Christmas Eve – and it’s free.

Don’t wait too long, or else you’ll suck all the fun out of the holiday shopping experience. Take advantage of these free shipping memberships today.
